Changeovers that protect themselves.
Every vehicle has its own calendar with turnaround buffers baked in — a return and a collection cannot be booked back-to-back unless you allow it. Collection and return time slots, minimum nights, and seasonal rules are yours to set. The operational view shows the day as you work it: who is arriving, who is due back, what has been paid and what is outstanding.

Deposits, balances and payment collection — automated.
Hirers pay a deposit at booking, and the balance is collected on the schedule you set, by email and WhatsApp, with a payment link. Pay Monthly instalments spread the cost of longer hires. Damage deposits are pre-authorised and released automatically once the inspection window has passed, which removes the calls asking where a deposit has gone.

Common questions from hire operators
Can hirers book and pay online, any time?
Yes — live availability, instant confirmation, deposit or full payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, 24/7 on your own website. Phone and walk-in bookings go in the same calendar.
How do driver checks work?
Drivers enter their details at booking and upload licence photos to their portal. For UK licences, a DVLA check runs with the driver's consent before handover. You see the status of each driver on the day view, so no vehicle leaves with paperwork outstanding.
What about damage deposits?
Pre-authorised on the hirer's card before collection — held, not taken. After return, the hold releases automatically once your inspection window passes, or you charge against it with photo evidence from the condition report.
Can I set different rules per vehicle?
Yes — pricing, minimum nights, buffers, deposits and extras are all per-vehicle where you want them to be, with sensible fleet-wide defaults where you don't.
