Automation & messaging

Every follow-up, sent at exactly the right moment.

Confirmations, pre-arrival information, document chasing, balance reminders, review requests. Written once, sent at exactly the right moment, in your own wording, without further input from you.

The journey

From confirmation to review request, with nothing in your diary.

Every booking triggers a sequence: an immediate confirmation, the information they need before arrival, reminders for anything outstanding, and a follow-up afterwards requesting a review. You set the timings once, and they apply to every booking from then on, whether you are on site or away.

  • Confirmation, pre-arrival, post-hire and review emails
  • Balance-due reminders that escalate on your schedule
  • Document chasing until the file is complete
  • Every message logged against the booking, so you can see what was sent

Reach guests on the channel they respond to.

Email handles the majority of the journey. For time-critical messages on the day itself, WhatsApp is considerably more likely to be read.

Email, in your own wording

Every template is editable — wording, tone, timing. Changes take effect on the next booking. No support ticket, and no developer required.

WhatsApp Growth

Arrival instructions, document reminders and payment links sent where guests will see them, with far higher read rates than email for anything time-sensitive.

Push notifications Growth

Alerts for you and your staff when something needs attention — a new booking, a failed payment, a document uploaded.

AI booking assistant Growth

An assistant on your website trained on your fleet, prices and policies — answering detailed questions outside office hours so an enquiry is not lost overnight.

Review requests Growth

Sent while the trip is still recent, when guests are most likely to respond — the least expensive source of new business you have.

Upsell and win-back Growth

Offer extras before arrival and invite previous guests back with offers targeted at your quieter weeks.

Common questions

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes — every template is yours to edit, wording and timing alike. Changes apply immediately to the next message sent. Your business has its own voice, and the software should not flatten it.

What if I want a message to go out at a different time?

Timings are settings, not code. Move a reminder from fourteen days to twenty-one and it applies across the board from that moment.

Will guests receive too many messages?

No. Messages stop as soon as the guest has done what was asked — paid, uploaded or confirmed — and a full log against every booking records exactly what was sent.
