Integrations

What Booqello connects to.

A complete list of what connects today — and, below it, what does not. No logos for integrations that barely function.

Connected today.

Payment gateways

Card payments, 3-D Secure, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a merchant account in your name — running on Opayo today, with Stripe and Square adapters built.

External calendar sync (iCal) Growth

Two-way iCal keeps calendars you hold elsewhere in step, so a booking taken on another site blocks those dates here as well.

Migration import

Your existing bookings and guests come across from your current system as part of setup, including CSV exports from the common platforms.

Channel sync Pro

Ongoing booking import from hire platforms like Camplify and Goboony, so one calendar holds everything rather than three.

Excess-reduction cover Pro

Sell excess-reduction or booking-protection cover at checkout through an insurance partner, so a cancelled trip isn't automatically your problem.

what3words

Precise collection directions that bring guests to your entrance rather than an approximate postcode.

VAT invoices & exports

Numbered VAT invoice PDFs on your own series, and CSV exports of bookings, payments and refunds in a shape your accountant recognises.

Xero sync Pro

Invoices, payments and per-vehicle revenue accounts pushed into Xero automatically, removing the need to re-enter figures at month end.

Analytics & attribution Pro

First-party event tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, plus lead-source and booking-origin reporting, all with consent handling.

WhatsApp messaging Growth

Send arrival details, document reminders and payment links on the channel guests are most likely to read.

Your website

Booking pages and embeddable widgets drop into the site you already have — WordPress or otherwise — carrying your branding.

Where the limits are

What Booqello does not do.

We do not have direct API connections into the major listing sites. What we provide is calendar synchronisation via iCal, which keeps availability aligned but is not equivalent. We are not a channel manager, and we do not sell a website builder.

If any of those is essential to how you trade, tell us on the demonstration call. We would rather establish it then than sell you something that does not fit.

An integration you need that isn't here?

Tell us on your demonstration call. The roadmap is driven by what operators ask for, and there is a short path between your requirement and the person who writes the code.
